As the Founder and CEO of "Attitude Prime" I hold a Master degree in "Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy (MPT)". My career spans a rounded 8 years in the field of Physiotherapy and Fitness.

I was inspired by a thought to customize and design a myth breaking fitness program to pregnant and delivered mothers and hence was born "Attitude Prime-Maternity Fitness" where we teach customized exercises and "Lamaze" a birthing technique.

When I looked deep into our society something that bothered me the most was "Physical Pain". There are many who spend all their money in want of pain relief. Hence I spend my resources to avail knowledge in pain management and hence "Attitude Prime-Physio" came into existence. A unique clinic where pain is addressed within a short span and the medicine prescribed is "Exercise"

Knowledge expands only when shared hence to share all my acquired knowledge I established "Attitude Prime-Academy"

My message to all is "Exercise is not an activity its an attitude and let that be your PRIME ATTITUDE"
